  I can not even begin to express my heartfelt thanks for the care and compassion my family and I received when arranging the funeral service for our mother. The staff at Bachman's shared in our grief. They made us feel "we" were their only concern. They accommodated our every need.
  
  Thirty days to the day of my mother's death, my husband unexpectedly passed. He was out of state at the time. I called Bachman Hebble. They took care of everything. I didn't even have to worry about how to get him back home. When he arrived back in Battle Creek, Fred Bachman called me, and said "Jim is home now" that was just one extra step that made me feel, I was not in this alone. During and after the service the staff were a shoulder for myself and my children.
  
  And now a year later, we again, had the unexpected loss of my Father. No one else, but the Bachman Hebble staff could have taken care of him. Fred and his entire staff once again wrapped their arms around us with love. We have been so grief stricken, I thank God for having someone we could trust to guide us.
