  I have never felt like I belonged in Battle Creek, I am originally from Detroit but after going to "Second Baptist Church" I belonged. Everyone greeted me as if I was a part of their family all my life. The Pastor and First Lady has always supported me, even when I moved acrossed Michigan, they sent me Sunday weekly forms, called me on the phone, and invited me to book reviews. I have never felt more loved than what I have received from this church. I love this church and they are my family. They accepted all my faults and guide me on decisions, supported me when I went out of my comfort zone. If you want a church that is more than going on Sunday, Bible Study on Wednesday...don't care if you have money for the tray on Sunday and accept you as you are, then this is "the church". It is more than just a Church....it's a family, that is willing to adopted anyone that God sends to them with open arms. I love my church...........Jean M.
